• Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of original purchase. Please request cancellation by contacting us on our contact page.

We do accept returns on our merchandise; please review our return guidelines below.

• Please contact us before a product is returned.
• Your product needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase
• Product can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be in its original brand new condition and must be properly repackaged. Buyer will be held responsible for any smell, tear, stain or marks made during delivery.
• Product must be received within 14 days of initial return request.

Refunds

• Refunds will be made as long as return conditions above have been met.
• Customers will bear the cost of shipping the returned item.
• For any reason other than receiving a defective item, we will be charging 15% restocking fee.

• After you contact us with your request to return product we will give you a return address.

Customized orders

• We do not accept returns on customized orders, unless they arrive  incorrect.

 

 

All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via USPS. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

All orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise. Notify us prior to making the purchase, if priority or first class mail is preferred.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through shopping cart or PayPal, please add special instructions during checkout so that order can be shipped to the correct address.
